North Arrow Minerals Inc. (TSXV-NAR) (“North Arrow”) is pleased to announce that North Arrow has entered into a letter of engagement with Dundee Securities Ltd. on behalf of a syndicate including Mackie Research Capital Corporation (collectively, the “Underwriters”), under which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase 7,700,000 common shares (the “Shares”) of North Arrow by way of a private placement on a bought-deal basis, subject to all required regulatory approvals, at a price per Share of $0.65, for total gross proceeds of $5,005,000 (the “Offering”).
