Nighthawk Gold Corp. is pleased to announce it has entered into a binding option agreement, with Geomark Exploration Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pine Cliff Energy Ltd., to acquire 4 contiguous mining leases adjacent to Nighthawk’s existing property in the Northwest Territories.
