Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. ("Mountain Province" or the "Company") provides a corporate update on its senior management and recent financial and operational matters primarily regarding its joint venture with De Beers Canada Inc. ("De Beers") pursuant to which the Company holds a 49% interest and De Beers holds a 51% interest in the Gahcho Kué Mine in the Northwest Territories (the "Mine").
