Vital Metals Limited (ASX: VML) (“Vital Metals” or “the Company”) advises that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company (“AGM”), which was adjourned on 28 November 2025, was reconvened today as set out in the Notice of Adjourned AGM released on the ASX platform on 3 December 2025. The Company advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the result of the resolution considered at the adjourned AGM is set out in the attached proxy summary. The Company confirms that the Resolution was decided by poll and approved by the required majority.
