October 20, 2024: Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of Shareholders of Vital Metals Limited (Company or Vital) will be held at Level 5, 56 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 10:00 am (AEDT) on 21 November 2024.
As permitted by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting and accompanying Explanatory Memorandum (Notice of Meeting) to shareholders unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy.
