(“New Break” or the “Company”) (CSE: NBRK) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 5,000,000 flow-through common shares (“Flow-Through Shares”) at a price of $0.15 per Flow-Through Share, for gross proceeds of up to $750,000 (the “Offering”).
