Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. and Kennady Diamonds Inc. are pleased to announce that the two leading independent proxy advisory firms that provide voting recommendations to institutional investors. Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. and Glass Lewis & Co. have each recommended that shareholders approve the proposed business combination of Mountain Province and Kennady pursuant to which Mountain Province will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Kennady by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act.
