Crystal Exploration Inc. proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 4,166,666 units at a price of $0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Proceeds from the private placement will be used for Canadian exploration expenditures to advance gold and diamond projects located in Nunavut, Canada.
