TORONTO, ON --(Marketwired - July 19, 2016) - TMAC Resources Inc. (TSX: TMR) ("TMAC" or the "Company") and Resource Capital Fund VI L.P. ("RCF"), announce today that they have closed the previously announced offering of an aggregate of 3,975,000 common shares from the Company and 1,325,000 common shares from RCF (the "Common Shares"), at a price of $15.10 per Common Share for gross proceeds of approximately $80 million (the "Offering"), of which approximately $60 million of the gross proceeds were received by the Company and approximately $20 million of the gross proceeds were received by RCF. In addition, the Underwriters exercised an option, granted by RCF, to purchase an additional 15% of the Offering at the offering price to cover over-allotments (the "Over-Allotment Option") for additional gross proceeds to RCF of approximately $12 million.
