Vancouver, B.C. – Kivalliq Energy Corporation (KIV: TSX-V) (“Kivalliq”) today announced, pursuant to a professional services contract signed with Corex Management Inc., the following management appointments effective January 31, 2016: Michelle Yeung Chief Financial Officer and Jeffrey Dare, Corporate Secretary.
Corex Management Inc. serves a range of clients that are comprised of independent private and public companies listed on the TSX-V. The scope of the services provided to Kivalliq will include accounting, administration, finance and corporate compliance.
