Toronto, Ontario, September 16, 2015 – Kennady Diamonds Inc. (“Kennady Diamonds,” the “Company”) (TSX-V: KDI) today announced that the Company is undertaking a private placement (“Placement”) to raise approximately C$48M through the placement of common shares at a price of C$2.75 per common share. A portion of the Placement may be brokered and the Placement may include the issuance of flow-through shares at a price of C$3.40 per flow-through share.
