Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 29, 2015) - Avalon Rare Metals Inc. (TSX and NYSE MKT: AVL) ("Avalon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agency agreement with Secutor Capital Management Corp. ("Secutor"), pursuant to which Secutor will act as agent on a best efforts basis in an offering of units of the Company (the "Units") and flow-through shares of the Company (the "Flow-Through Shares") for up to $5 million in gross proceeds (the "Offering").
