The Mackenzie Valley Land and Water Board posted a letter on its website today addressed to De Beers in relation to its Gacho Kue project, stating: "Attached is Water Licence MV2005L2-0015 granted by the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources in accordance with the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act and Waters Act. This Licence has been approved for a period of 14 years, commencing September 24, 2014 and expiring September 30, 2028."
