Centre for the North Releases "The Future of Mining in Canada's North" Report(January 28, 2013) The Conference Board of Canada's Centre for the North has produced an economic outlook for the mining industry until 2020. The Centre's report on the Future of Mining in Canada's North analyses the economic potential of mining till 2020 and discusses how we might find the right balance between economic growth, the challenges related to Aboriginal participation, environmental protection and a looming shortage of skilled labour.
