NWT Mining Weeek Activity: INTRODUCTION TO PROSPECTING, Yellowknife, NT
A two day Introduction to Prospecting workshop will be held in Yellowknife during NWT Mining Week.
Participants will learn about prospecting for minerals, bush navigation and safety, sampling methods, claim staking and NWT geology.
Course Details: Classroom instruction: June 14, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Field trip: June 15, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Minimum age requirement: 18 years and older
