NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 56th Annual General Meeting of members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held in person on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 12:00 noon, Mountain Standard Time at the Black Knight Pub – Top Knight Room, 4910 49 Street, Yellowknife.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

1. Call to Order
2. Approve the Agenda
3. Approve the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting
4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
5. Appoint the Auditor
6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
7. Election of Officers and Directors
8. Extraordinary resolution to amend our bylaws
9. Honorary Member Nomination
10. Recognition of Outgoing Directors
11. Other Business
