NOTICE OF 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 55th Annual General Meeting of members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held in person on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 12:00 noon, Mountain Standard Time at the Black Knight Pub - Top Knight Room, 4910 49 Street, Yellowknife.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

1. Call to Order
2. Approve the Agenda
3. Approve the Minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting
4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
5. Appoint the Auditor
6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
7. Election of Officers and Directors
8. Other Business
9. Adjournment
