NOTICE OF THE 54th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
12 noon to 1:00 PM Mountain Time, November 23, 2021
Due to the continuing concerns around the COVID-19 pandemic, the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines’ 2021 Annual General Meeting, will be held on-line on Tuesday, November 23, from 12 noon to 1 pm. Members will be able to join the AGM by Zoom with laptop or phone.
For Corporate members, each member company can send one attendee to vote. We need you to confirm who will be attending and provide their email and telephone by RSVP to Tom Hoefer, at: executivedirector@miningnorth.com by November 10 please.
Individual members, please also confirm your attendance, with email and phone number to Tom Hoefer.
A formal meeting invitation, with agenda and link/dial-in details, will then be e-mailed to attendees ahead of the AGM, with zoom links.
