NOTICE OF THE 53rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Mountain Time, November 25, 2020

The Chamber’s 2020 virtual AGM will be held via Zoom video-conferencing. Participation details will be provided ahead of the meeting. Given the new virtual format, to ensure everyone’s smooth audio/video participation, we ask that you please plan to join 30 minutes prior to 1:00 PM so we can begin the meeting on schedule. Please send only one person on behalf of your membership to participate and vote. If you are planning to participate, and have not already done so, please contact Doug Ashbury as we need to know who will be joining the AGM.
