2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at noon in Yellowknife, NWT. Venue is still to be determined, but will be printed on tickets for those attending, and available from our Office Manager, Cheryl Wourms.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Approve the Agenda
  3. Approve the Minutes of the 2014 Annual General Meeting
  4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
  5. Appoint the Auditor
  6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
  7. Election of Officers and Directors    
  8. Other Business
  9. Adjournment
