NOTICE OF 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 56th Annual General Meeting of members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held in person on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at 12:00 noon, Mountain Standard Time at the Black Knight Pub – Top Knight Room, 4910 49 Street, Yellowknife.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
- Call to Order
- Approve the Agenda
- Approve the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting
- Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
- Appoint the Auditor
- Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
- Election of Officers and Directors
- Extraordinary resolution to amend our bylaws
- Honorary Member Nomination
- Recognition of Outgoing Directors
- Other Business
