September 26, 2024 Vital Metals Limited (ASX: VML) (“Vital Metals” or “the Company”) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on or around Thursday, 21 November 2024. Further information about the Annual General Meeting, including accessing the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, will be released to shareholders in mid-October 2024. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at: www.vitalmetals.com.au. The Company further advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm (AEST) on Thursday, 3 October 2024. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged at the registered office of the Company by that date.
