UPDATED - NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 57th Annual General Meeting of members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held in person on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 at 830am, Mountain Standard Time at the Explorer Hotel, Katimavik Rooms, 4825 49th Avenue, Yellowknife.
Members wishing to attend remotely (via Zoom) should contact Karen Costello, Executive Director at karen.costello@miningnorth.com for login details no later than November 15, 2024, 5pm Mountain Standard Time.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
1. Call to Order
2. Approve the Agenda
3. Approve the Minutes of the 2023 Annual General Meeting
4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
5. Appoint the Auditor
6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
7. Election of Officers and Directors
8. Extraordinary resolution to amend our bylaws
9. Honorary Member Nomination
10. Recognition of Outgoing Directors
11. Other Business
