Stornoway Diamond Corporation (TSX-SWY; the “Corporation” or “Stornoway”) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced public offering (the "Public Offering") of 188,600,000 subscription receipts (the "Subscription Receipts"), at a price of C$0.70 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of C$132.02m. The subscription receipts are expected to begin trading on Friday May 23rd, under the ticker symbol TSX-SWY.R.
