Kivalliq Energy Corporation (“Kivalliq”, TSX-V: KIV) today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent “LOI” setting out the terms of a proposed transaction between Kivalliq and Westham Resources Corp. (TSX-V: WHR) (“WHR”) a Vancouver, Canada, based capital pool company, related to Kivalliq’s Genesis Property in northeastern Saskatchewan, Canada.
