(April 9, 2024) American West Metals Limited (“American West” or the “Company”) (ASX: AW1) ) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, BDO Audit Pty Ltd (BDO Audit) has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of BDO Audit (WA) Pty Ltd (BDO WA) and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2011 (the Act).
