Galaxy Broadband Announces Long Term Agreement for Ka-Band Capacity on Telesat’s Anik F2 Satellite

(Galaxy Broadband), a Canadian satellite communications company that provides IP networks to the Resource, Government, and Enterprise markets in North America, announced today that it has signed long term capacity agreements with Telesat for multiple transponder equivalents of Ka-band space segment on Telesat’s Anik F2 satellite to support business growth in Canada’s northern markets. With this latest contract, Galaxy Broadband has become one of Telesat’s leading customers for Ka-band capacity serving Canada's North.
