NOTICE OF 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 12:00 noon in Yellowknife, NWT at the Explorer Hotel Katimavik ‘D’ and ‘E’ rooms.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Approve the Agenda
  3. Approve the Minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting
  4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
  5. Appoint the Auditor
  6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
  7. Election of Officers and Directors    
  8. Other Business
  9. Adjournment
