Northern Graduate Employment Program The Government of the NWT, through the Graduate Transition program, provides funding of up to $15,000 per year to private sector or non-profit organizations who hire eligible northern graduates. Mine Training Society The Society is a partnership of Mining Companies, Aboriginal groups, and Governments that develops and manages training programs geared to jobs in the northern mining industry.
