NxGold Ltd. is pleased to announce that due to demand from investors, it has increased the size of the previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the company from C$1,000,000 to C$3,000,000. The Company may increase the size of the Increased Offering to C$4,000,000. Red Cloud Klondike Strike Inc. is acting as a finder in connection with the Increased offering.
