Fortune Minerals Limited is pleased to announce that it is proposing to complete a $5,000,000 non-brokered private placement of units of securities of the company. Up to 29,411,766 units will be issued at a subscription price of $0.17 per unit. Proceeds of this financing will be used for general working capital purposes.
