VANCOUVER, British Columbia (July 6, 2015) – Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture, TDC) (the “Company”) advises that, following the previously announced complaint (the Complaint) (see Tyhee news dated June 19, 2015) filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) against Dr. Hans Black, Dr. Black has advised the Company that, effective immediately, he will be stepping down as a director. He will remain as an advisor to the Board of Directors in relation to Tyhee’s efforts to raise the necessary funds to revive the Company.
