VANCOUVER, British Columbia (May 29, 2015) – Tyhee Gold Corp. (TSX Venture, TDC) (the “Company”) announces the resignation of Richard (“Dick”) B. Evans as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately, due to an increased business workload involving increased duties and obligations on other public corporate boards.
Mr. Evans is currently Chairman of the Board of NYSE-listed Constellium N.V. and has recently agreed to serve as Chairman of NYSE-listed Noranda Aluminum, which has recently undergone a significant change in ownership structure and board composition with the sale by Apollo Management of its share in the company.
