Toronto and New York, December 19, 2014 – Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. (“Mountain Province”, the “Company”) (TSX: MPV, NYSE MKT: MDM) today announced that it has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ under the symbol MDM. Trading on the NASDAQ is expected to commence on December 31, 2014. The Company’s common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT until the market close on December 30, 2014.
