A shuttle bus will transport delegates between the Technical Program Hall and the Exhibit Hall at various times throughout the day. Your company name and logo will be posted prominently at both venues.
Events
- Ice Breaker (2 at $7,500)
Help us break the ice at the Black Knight by sponsoring this evening. Appetizers and refreshments will be served. We will work with the sponsor to make this an enjoyable evening for all.

Coffee, tea, bottled water, and muffins will be served during each of the coffee breaks at the Technical Program Hall. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed, on a banner, above the coffee service area.
- Opening Lunch (6 at $2,500) (4 available)
On November 18, a buffet lunch will be served at the Exhibit Hall. A banner, recognizing your contribution, will be posted where the lunch is served. Your sponsorship will be posted in the conference agendas beside the event time.

Appetizers and refreshments will be served during the reception (5:00-7:00 PM) at the Exhibit Hall. A banner, recognizing your sponsorship, will be on display in the area where the food is served. The name of the sponsor(s) will be noted by the listing of the event in the conference agendas.

This talk is open to all conference participants and to the public. A banner, highlighting your company sponsorship, will be displayed at the talk.
