SECOND NOTICE - 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING  
 
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held during the annual Geoscience Forum, at a luncheon on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 12:00 noon at the Explorer Hotel, Katimavik B Room, in Yellowknife, NWT. 

The agenda for the meeting will include:
  1. Call to Order
  2. Approve the Agenda
  3. Approve the Minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting
  4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
  5. Appoint the Auditor
  6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
  7. Election of Officers and Directors    
  8. Other Business
  9. Adjournment
