Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 12:00 noon in Yellowknife, NWT. Venue is still to be determined.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

1. Call to Order
2. Approve the Agenda
3. Approve the Minutes of the 2015 Annual General Meeting
4. Receive the Treasurer’s Report & Audited Financial Statements
5. Appoint the Auditor
6. Receive the Report of the Board of Directors
7. Election of Officers and Directors    
8. Other Business
9. Adjournment
