GEOSCIENCE FORUM UPDATE: WORKSHOP TIME CHANGE, REMEMBER EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDING SOON, AND DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS FAST APPROACHING

We hope you are now making your plans to attend our exciting Geoscience Forum, November 24-28, here are a few reminders:
There has been a slight change to the timing of one workshop listing. Prediction of Metal Leaching and Acid Rock Drainage is actually a 2-Day workshop, and it will be held from November 27 – 28, as per these times: November 27 (3.30 pm-5.30 pm) AND November 28 (9 am-3 pm). Check out the updated workshop list. Remember that three of them are free, and that you do not need to register for the conference to attend the workshops, but you must still register for them using the same registration process.
The Early Bird (cheaper) registration is available up to and including October 31, 2014. Register for the Forum, via the Chamber of Mine’s website at http://www.geoscienceforum.com/registration.
For those wishing to present, the abstract submission deadline is fast approaching, and you must have it submitted online by October 26, 2014 by visiting : http://www.nwtgeoscience.ca/forum/. No Abstracts, or changes to them, will be accepted after this date,
