Brief History of the Company:
The Dogrib Nation Group of Companies was formed in 1991 as the economic development arm of the Dogrib Treaty 11 Council. Owned by the Dogrib people of Wha Ti, Gameti, Wekweti and Rae-Edzo. Their mandate was to provide the business infrastructure necessary to take advantage of the large number of business opportunities the Dogrib were pursuing in their region
From investments in hydro power generation, to civil works, heavy equipment supply, diamond valuations and travel management services, the Group pursues a number of industrial and human resources development activities for and on behalf of the four Dogrib Nation communities of Mbehchoko ( Rae - Edzo) , Wha Ti (Lac La Martre), Gahmiti (Rae Lakes) and Wekweti (Snare Lake).
